A highlight of the past week was a fishing trip to Indian Bridge on the Morrel River with Grampy. We braved the black flies and were rewarded with a big trout.

Sunday on the Island

Sunday morning at First Baptist Church, Charlottetown

On Sunday morning, we joined our friends at First Baptist for worship and a time of sharing about the work of Canadian Baptist Ministries in Kenya. It was a wonderfully encouraging time to share with our friends and family. It was especially great to be have our children return to this community who have been praying for them over the journey of these past four years.

Erica sharing about the joys and struggles of the Iftin Women's Empowerment program.
Visiting with our dear friend, Everett Johnson, after Sunday's service.

Prince Edward Island

The Kenny Reunion

On Friday, we traveled to Prince Edward Island to visit with Grampy & Grammie Kenny and see our family there. Aaron's brother Adam flew in that same day from Calgary with his son Liam. Unfortunately, Adam's wife Ivy and there two girls, Livia and Laurel, were unable to make the trip. We hope to have a chance to visit with them on our next time in Canada.

We have had a wonderful weekend together, sharing meals and enjoying bicycles with the kids. The cousins are all very close in age and have had a blast playing together. We will be on the island for the rest of this week and then travelling to the Springforth Youth Conference in Moncton, New Brunswick.
