Safe and Sound in Kenya

We arrived safe and sound with all our luggage on Thursday evening. We had a wonderful reunion with our friends Judy & Carol and our very excited dogs (Both Henry & Reese have grown!!). Our friends Mel & Kerry had chicken soup and goodies waiting for us in our home. We were all very jet lagged and stayed up until 1 am unpacking bags and getting settled in.

It is great to be back! Kenyans seem very at peace with this weeks referendum and remarkably no major unrest has been reported with the major changes to the constitution. We've been out and about the past two days running small errands and gathering school supplies for the kids. Tristan and Emma start school next week and Ava will return to Potterhouse in September.

We want to thank Brian and Sharlene Craig, Grace Fong, Rob & Erla Jacket and Don & Joy Hepburn for making our time in Toronto so wonderful. We are so thankful for your hospitality and love that you've shared with us. You are AMAZING!

Once we have our internet up and running at home, we'll try to post a few pictures from our time in Ontario and New Brunswick. Until then, we also want to share our love and appreciation with Andrew & Kelly Myers, Linda & James Naves, and ALL of our family back in Canada. We love you all so much and thank God for the many memories we've made together over these past three months. The time went by way to fast!!! We will treasure our time with you, the bbqs, walks on the beach, splashing in pools, building our baby barn, playing cards, setting up tents, wrestling rain tarps, campfires, and turkey dinners!

Finally, we want to thank everyone who has been uplifting us in prayer. God has covered us with an extra measure of peace and protection these last few months and we know that this is an answer to many faithful prayers. Thank you for praying for us!!!

We look forward to continuing this journey with you!

Blessings,
Aaron & Erica
