We are excited for the start of the 2016 Kamp Tumaini as two volunteer teams will be arriving over the next few days to join us and our friends in Canadian Baptist Ministries church partners in Kenya for this year's camping program with the children of the Guardians of Hope.
This year, we will be returning to the rural communities of the African Christian Church and Schools, which will be hosting two of the six Kamp Tumaini camps. In addition, we will be joining our partner the Africa Brotherhood Church and the Faith Evangelical Baptist Church.
Pastor James is working with us this year in coordinating a two-day camp with the South Sudanese refugee community in Nairobi. We are thrilled that one of this year's camps will share the love and hope of Christ with children and youth who have experienced and fled the fighting that has gripped South Sudan over the past three years.

Please join us in praying for the team from Brunswick Street Baptist Church who are on their way to Kenya. We will be meeting them early tomorrow and leading their orientation over the next few days. We are also excited to be receiving a second team that will becoming from several Baptist churches in Canada later this week.
We are also praying for the children and families that will be participating in this year's camps. Thanks to the support of Canadian baptist churches and families this year will see hundreds of children participate in camp.
Will be praying, God bless
