Last Wednesday, Ava returned to school at Potter House near our home in Nairobi. Tristan and Emma started their second semester at Rosslyn Academy today, after a good holiday of playing at home and enjoying time as a family. This past weekend we spent a wonderful night out at the Acacia camp where our friends the Bannister's live. We had a great time together with them and our friends the Soucey's who are here from Rwanda for The Sharing Way training course. Everyone is back at the training this week.
We are experiencing some incredible down pours of rain lately. Since December 18th, it has rained at least once every day. On Saturday night, a torrent of rain fell that toppled trees and flooded many areas. The Acacia camp that we had stayed at the night before was a wash and the ranch now has lake to help with the animals until the next rainy season. God is good!
Thank you all so much for keeping us in your prayers. Please continue to uphold the ministry in Eastleigh and the work of Canadian Baptist Ministries throughout Africa.
Praying that the kids have a great term as they go back to school. It is cold in Moncton but not as much snow as other years.
