Last night we had a great time catching up with Kathy Woller, who has been back in Kenya for about a week reconnecting with old friends and encouraging several projects that she is supporting through the Nest and New Dawn School. Tristan was best friends with her son Spencer and through their friendship our two families became close. Among our fond memories together was getting caught in an incredible hail storm and down pour on the northern side of Mount Kenya during a day hike, and then singing songs with our kids while trying to keep warm around a smoking survival fire. We will never forget our adventures at Rutundu!
