The carrot and the stick...

Today was Emma's final swim meet for the 2010/2011 school year in Nairobi. She had a lot of fun with her team mates at the meet hosted by Rosslyn Academy.

Emma did fantastic in both her 50 m freestyle

and 50 m backstroke races

They say that there are basically two ways
