Middleton and Nictaux

Rev. Danny Smith addressing a luncheon after the morning worship service at Middleton Baptist Church

On Sunday, we had a wonderful time sharing with congregations in the area. After sharing in the morning service, we had a great time meeting people at a luncheon in the church's family life centre. During this reception, Canadian Baptist Ministries alumni, Muriel Bent, was honoured by the church on the occasion of her 80th birthday with a short term missions fund in her name. The fund will be used by the church to sponsor people on future short term mission opportunities.

An evening in Nictaux
Getting out of the rain with Rev. Bill McLeod at Nictaux Baptist

We gathered at Nictaux Baptist as a doozy of thunder storm rolled in. But the rain did not dampen the evening as we shared a wonderful supper with members of the Nictaux Women's Missionary Society and then a service and reception with a people from Nictaux and other local churches. We want to thank everyone again for the wonderful hospitality!
